  • Case Management Module Development for SEE countries

    May, 08 – 09, 2007, Zagreb, Croatia
    The First International Meeting: Case Management Module Development for SEE countries is planned to be held in Zagreb, Croatia. The aim of the meeting is to review existing case management practices in SEE countries, develop template for case management manual, and plan individual training programme for each country. Local and international experts will jointly work on development of Case Management Manual and individual training plans taking into consideration current practices of case management and possibilities to introduce new case management procedures in the current practice context.

  • Leadership and Management in Mental Health: Strategic Development

    March, 05 – 07, 2007, Becici, Montenegro
    The topic of the second three-day training session was Strategic Development. The training seeks to explore in depth change management issues around conflict resolution and overcoming barriers and obstacles to change. It explores the development of leadership skills which will enable the creation of a positive and cohesive team culture, and it reflects upon the skills involved in coalition – forming and the art of networking. Participants of the training were community mental health workers: country managers, mental heath professionals from CMHCs and primary health care practitioners, from eight participating countries. The trainers were Ms Shubhada Watson and Professor Peter Ryan.
